What will we do for you:
- Check your robot for issues
- Check and clean your sidebrush module
- Check and clean your roller brush
- Check and clean your dirtbin
- Check and clean your sensors.
- Check for battery power and runtime.
- Dismantle, check and deep clean internal parts of your robot (Especially dust/dirts that gets deep inside the robot)
- Provide customized solution (if any issue is detected)
What is the procedure?
1. Order confirmation. You will receive an email.
2. We will confirm pick up date with you.
3. We will pick up from your address. (1-2 working days from order date)
4. Item will arrive in our place in 1 working day for klang valley customer or up to 3 working days for non-klang valley customer.
5. Cleaning and maintenance service. (1-2 working days, or more if there's any pre-existing issue with the robot)
6. Delivery of robot back to you.
