Q. How to place order?

Q. Can I pay by installment?

A: We do not provide installment payments at our website or showroom. But you can enjoy 0% installment plan with our store at Lazada (Maybank card holder) and 11street (Maybank, Public Bank, and AMEX card holder).

Q. Are you authorized dealer?

A: We are Authorized AutoVac Bot, we are not the Authorized Distributor for iRobot/Neato Robotics because we carry multiple brands in our inventory, and this creates a conflict of interest between the suppliers.

Q. What is Super Savers Program?

A: Our Super Savers Program are designed to help you save more money with your robot purchase. You can easily save an extra of RM60-100 depending on the robot model. You can read more about Super Savers Program here.

Q. What does your Extended Warranty Program covers?

A: The extended warranty covers manufacturing defects, technical and/or mechanical faults that might occur during normal use of your robotic cleaner. We would cover you entirely for all parts and labour within the warranty period.

Consumable components like brushes, filters, tyres, tank and batteries* are not covered. Defects resulting from improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs and/or failure to follow operational instructions are just a few of the items not covered. Water/physical damage and damages caused by the use accessories and parts, including batteries, that are not original voids the limited warranty. Replacement parts and products assume the remaining original limited warranty.

*Please note that warranty for batteries will only be covered for 6 months (1 year for Roomba series Original Battery) even with extended warranty purchased.

Q. Do you have service center other than in Selangor?

A: We only have 1 service centre in Selangor, for other states, we would recommend you to ship your item to us. We can also arrange a pickup from you for a minimal fee.

Q. Do you have demo?

A: You are welcome to drop by at our showroom in Kota Damansara. For your information, we only have demo unit for Roomba and Braava 380T.

Q. Do you provide house demo?

A: We would love to but since our customers comes from all over Malaysia, we are unable to provide house demo. We do have demo units for iRobot in our showroom in Kota Damansara. But rest assured that each robots are very very easy to operate and it comes with instruction manual for detailed explanation. You can also call us should you require any assistance.

Q. How does the 2 years warranty work?

A.The 2 Years Warranty is only applicable for iRobot and Neato products. The 2 Years Warranty covers manufacturing defects, technical and/or mechanical faults that might occur during normal use of your robotic cleaner. Q. What if I don’t have time to send the robot back to you?

A: We totally understand that sometimes life can get very busy and you might not have the time to drop the robot with a courier service. No worries, just contact our customer care and we will arrange a pickup from you for a minimal fee of RM30.

Q. Do you charge for shipping?

A: We provide free shipping to all over Malaysia (including Sabah and Sarawak) for all products sold on our website.

Q. I am not staying in Selangor, how do I claim warranty?

A: In the rare event that the robot malfunctions, please contact our customer service for consultation. Once we determine there is a need for further diagnosis, you may send the unit back to our service centre located at Kota Damansara.

Q. When will I receive my order?

A: The shipping period depends on the shipping options you selected at checkout. Worry not, as you will receive an email with tracking number from us once we ship your order out.

Q. Do you repair or service the robots?

A: Yes we do have in-house technician. Apart from performing the regular servicing and maintenance, we repair a wide range of house cleaning robot, contact us if you have any to repair or service.
