Service of delivery very good. Product has some disappointments!

Received the Hobot in good order. Adapter which was included didn't work, so I had to buy a new one. The remote control didn't react so I thought the batteries supplied were old thus I replaced them with new ones but still have problems with the remote control to get the hobot going.Which is very annoying if you live on a higher floor. The Hobot should make your life easier and it doesn't.
