Order Status to help you identify what is the status of your Order:

• On-Hold - Usually due to failed payment
• Processing - Payment successful!
• Ready to Ship - Order has been packed and waiting for collection by courier
• Completed - Order has been collected and on the way to you. You should receive a tracking number in your email.

Super Savers Program

We are proud to announce the launch of our SuperSavers Program to help customers, you to save more with your purchase. There are 2 programs currently and this is how it works:

1. Ships in 2-3 Weeks
   • This is the default selection at checkout. Your robotic vacuum will be process and ship within the period of 2-3 Weeks from the date of purchase.
2. Ships in 3-5 Days
   • If you want your order to be process faster, you can select this option prior to adding to cart. Your order will be process and ship within 3-5 working days.

Your product will arrive within 3 to 5 Business Days.

If I drop by your showroom and buy the product using the 2-3 weeks option, can i collect immediately?

Sorry, we are unable to do that but you may self collect the item after 2 weeks. If you insist on collecting the unit on the same day itself, please purchase the 3-5 working days option.
