The Hobot 388 that was delivered works. It is quite easy to set up and run, though it came with a US plug and not a Singapore plug. It cleans surfaces quite well, but still leaves streaks. It is not able to work if windows do not have an edge for it to bump into, so don’t buy if you have edge-less windows. It doesn’t clean well at edges and corners. After all the rave reviews, and the high price, I’m disappointed.
Battery was delivered 4 days after order made. Had expected to receive it faster. So far battery has been operating satisfactorily.
Do not subscribe to buying products on long term basis. The website does not recognise your email ID and making any amendments to the subscription extremely difficult.

Very Good: Outlook, ease of use, apps friendly, big water tank, big waste water tank, big dust bag, floor mapping coverage, overall mop/vacuum work quality.
Reminder: Before starting this RoidMi, just remember to enable the floor to be robot friendly, i.e. remove all loose pieces, cables, floor mats, etc. Then, this RoidMi will get the job done, nicely.
It's also the cheapest all-in-1, from the few models I shortlisted.
To Be Evaluated: Durability, how long it would last before the 1st breakdown, repair maintenance cost, repair parts availability.

The filter received was incorrect. The rests were in order.

Cons: 1. Difficult to pair app to robot, 2. Once virtual wall is drawn, further editing despite changes being saved, doesn’t appear. D only way to redraw virtual wall is to start a complete new plan, 3. Couldn’t redo a new map once one map has been used

As good as the Google Nest Audio. Probably better bass than Nest and more versatile. Dolby Digital input makes it perfect to connect to TV with Digital line output or PC

The i4 is definitely an upgrade to the 860 in terms of navigation and noise level. The app is very intuitive and provide a map of the area that has been cleaned. Ordering and delivery was simple and timely.
